Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods - we only charge packaging

  • our cups have to travel like in a duvet, we don't want them to break on the way, that's why we pack them in several layers of packaging material and line the boxes thoroughly so that the goods reach you safely.

UPS delivery service -   $20.26    

  •  4-6 day service (from day of dispatch, production time 3 days) - $20.26
  • 2 day service (from day of dispatch, production time 3 days) - $38.74 
  • the delivery service will deliver the goods to your home
  • delivery days: Monday - Friday
  • delivery time: usually within 24 hours of handing over the goods to the carrier

  • When ordering a large number of dimensional awards, a surcharge will be applied for multiple shipments. We will inform you in advance about the surcharge.
     

 

Shops  - Free

When will I receive the goods?

We have most of the goods in stock. As we are manufacturers, we are happy to prepare custom production or printing for you. After sending the order, we assemble the parts and, if necessary, print. We will then pack the goods to prevent damage and hand them over to the carrier. We will deliver the shipment to you in the shortest possible time, usually within 3 working days. For glass and acrylic trophies, it is necessary to expect production within 5 working days.

 

Claiming the shipment

Please carefully check all information in the confirmation. Please check the package thoroughly before taking it over, unpack the package in front of the driver and check whether the goods are undamaged. If it is broken or damaged, do not accept the shipment and write a complaint form with the carrier. Despite all our efforts, unfortunately, even properly packed goods can be damaged during transport. We accept reports of damage to goods during transport within 3 days after receiving the shipment, complaints will not be accepted later.

 

Failure to pick up the shipment

In case of non-acceptance or non-collection of the COD shipment, the customer violates the purchase contract on the part of the customer according to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Commercial Code. The full amount of the packing fee will be recovered according to the applicable legislation. In any case, by not accepting the package, you are not using your consumer right to return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason. This statutory period begins to count only from the day of receipt of the goods. Failure to pick up the package is a violation of the concluded purchase agreement and terms and conditions.
