The minimum order depends on the type of custom medal. The minimum is 20 medals for 3D texture printed medals and 48 medals for custom acrylic and printed medals. The exact minimum order quantity is shown on each product page.
We do not offer single-piece custom medal production. For quantities below 20, the setup cost makes custom production impractical. If you only need a few medals, our stock medals with free engraving are usually a more cost-effective option. Contact our team and we can help you find the closest match.
Custom medals start at $1.65 per medal, with options ranging up to approximately $14.14 each, depending on the material, size and type of decoration.

Custom medal production typically takes 5–6 business days after your artwork is approved, plus shipping time.

The best material depends on your budget, quantity, artwork and the type of event.
Our custom medals are available in sizes from approximately 2 inches to 4¾ inches, with 2", 2½", 2¾", 3" and 4" among the most popular options. Selected designs are available in larger sizes of up to 10 inches.
For school events and youth sports, 2" and 2½" medals are a practical choice. Larger medals of 3 inches or more create more visual impact and are commonly chosen for race finisher medals, championship events and tournament finals.
Yes. Selected custom medal designs are available in matching gold, silver and bronze, and you can order the quantities you need for each placing.
You can also mix gold, silver and bronze medals within the same order, as long as the combined quantity meets that product's minimum order requirement. For example, a product with a 48-piece minimum could be ordered as 16 gold, 16 silver and 16 bronze medals.
Yes. You can personalize your medals with your team or club logo, event name, competition year, sponsor logos, text and full-color artwork, depending on the medal style you choose.

No. Ribbons are not included with custom medals and are sold separately.

Yes. We make custom medals for school field days, youth sports leagues, tournaments, clubs and other junior competitions.
Acrylic medals in 2" and 2½" sizes, starting at around $2.20 each, are a practical option for larger school and youth events. The 48-piece minimum also makes it possible to order medals for several classes, age groups or divisions together.
We can produce coordinated medals for multiple age groups or divisions within the same order.
Shipping within the USA is free on orders over $200. For orders below $200, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout (from $18.26).
Shipping time is additional to the stated custom medal production time.
We do not provide physical samples of custom medals.
Once your invoice has been paid, we prepare a digital mockup for your approval before production begins. Your medals are not produced until you have approved the artwork.
If you would like to see a digital mockup before placing your order, we offer a pre-order mockup service for $25. If you then proceed with the order, the $25 mockup fee is credited toward your purchase.
