Can I use my own logo on a trophy, cup, or medal?

Absolutely. Our in-house graphic designers are ready to help. Whether you already have a finished logo or just an idea, we can make it happen. Depending on the product, we can print your design on a label, print directly onto the trophy, or laser engrave it on glass awards.

 

Can I add my own text or logo to a label?

Is the base included with the figure?

Yes, all figures come with a base included in the listed price.

 

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, in-store pickup is available at our location.

 

How long will my order take?

We manufacture everything in-house to order, so we’re never out of stock. Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. Need it faster? Add a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline.

 

Can you ship to a country that isn’t listed?

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before production begins.

 

I don’t see a trophy I like — can you create a custom one?

Yes, absolutely. Contact us to discuss your idea, or place a custom trophy order and we’ll take it from there.

What file format should I use for my logo?

Please provide images, artwork, or logos at a minimum resolution of 100 DPI. For best results, we strongly recommend 300 DPI or higher to ensure sharp, clear printing. Lower resolution files may affect print quality.

What customization options do you offer?

We offer label printing, direct printing on trophies, and professional engraving — depending on your product and preference.

When will my order arrive?

Most items are in stock. As manufacturers, we also produce custom items and personalized designs upon request. After your order is placed, we assemble the components and complete any customization. Standard delivery is typically within 3 business days. For glass or acrylic awards, please allow up to 5 business days for production.

My item arrived damaged / I’m not satisfied — what should I do?

No problem — we make returns and claims easy. Please contact us and we’ll take care of it right away.
