Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Trophy Monster. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you — just please review the guidelines below.

 

Quick Summary 

Please Read First:

  •  Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery

  •  All returns require an RMA number

  •  Items must be returned within 7 business days

  •  Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  •  Engraved & custom items are non-refundable

  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable

  •  Photos may be required

  •  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

 

Now here are the details.

Inspect Your Order Immediately

Please check your shipment as soon as it arrives.

If something is:

  • damaged

  • missing

  • incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After 48 hours, we cannot accept claims.

Damaged Packages

If the box arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us right away.

Photos help us resolve issues faster.

 

Returns (RMA Required)

Before sending anything back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once approved:

  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

  • Return the item within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition.

Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

 

Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee

  • $2.00 per trophy for engraved plates (if applicable)

Refunds are processed after inspection.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Engraved medals

  • Engraved acrylic awards

  • Crystal awards

  • Glass awards

  • Plaques

  • Custom-made items

  • Custom or stock inserts

  • Any award with inserts applied

All personalized and engraved items are non-refundable.

 

Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We only cover return shipping if we made an error (incorrect item sent).
