Please check your shipment as soon as it arrives.
If something is:
damaged
missing
incorrect
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After 48 hours, we cannot accept claims.

If the box arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us right away.
Photos help us resolve issues faster.
Before sending anything back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once approved:
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Return the item within 7 business days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Approved returns are subject to:
25% restocking fee
$2.00 per trophy for engraved plates (if applicable)
Refunds are processed after inspection.

Crystal awards
Glass awards
Plaques
Custom-made items
Custom or stock inserts
Any award with inserts applied
All personalized and engraved items are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We only cover return shipping if we made an error (incorrect item sent).
